Data Deletion Instructions

At Atribb (operated by FM Scale Path LLC), we respect your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data and any data associated with your connected accounts.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data in either of the following ways:
Option 1 — From within your account
- Log in to your account at app.atribb.com.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the request. Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2 — By email request
If you cannot access your account, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, we remove:
- Your account information (name, email, and credentials).
- Access tokens and credentials for any connected platforms (Meta, Shopify, Stripe).
- Analytics and attribution data associated with your account.
Once your access tokens are deleted, Atribb no longer has any access to your connected accounts (such as your Meta advertising account). You may also revoke Atribb’s access directly from your Meta Business Settings at any time.
Data We May Retain
We may retain certain information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. Such data is kept only for as long as necessary and is otherwise deleted or anonymized.
Revoking Access from Meta
To remove Atribb’s access to your Meta account directly:
- Go to business.facebook.com → Settings.
- Navigate to Integrations → Connected apps (or Business Integrations).
- Find Atribb and select Remove.
