Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how FM Scale Path LLC (“Atribb”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects the information of users (“you”, “your”) who access or use the Atribb platform available at app.atribb.com (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Atribb is a marketing analytics and advertising management platform operated by FM Scale Path LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182.
Atribb helps businesses connect their advertising and e-commerce accounts (such as Meta Ads, Shopify, and Stripe) to measure advertising performance, attribute revenue to campaigns, and manage their advertising operations.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Account registration data: name, email address, and password.
- Billing information processed through our payment provider.
- Communications you send to us (support requests, emails).
2.2 Information from connected platforms
When you connect a third-party account through OAuth (such as Meta, Shopify, or Stripe), we access only the data necessary to provide the Service, which may include:
- Meta: advertising account data, campaign and ad performance metrics, ad spend, insights, and pixel/conversion event data, accessed through the permissions you grant (ads_read, ads_management, business_management, read_insights, pages_show_list, and related scopes).
- Shopify: when a merchant installs the Atribb app on their store, we access — on the merchant’s behalf and only for the scopes granted — order data (including personal data of the store’s customers, such as name, email, and order details), product and discount data, store analytics and reports, and, where the store uses Shopify Payments, payout and balance data. We use this data to attribute revenue to ads, compute real profit and fees, and power the merchant’s dashboard. We process the store customers’ personal data solely as a processor on the merchant’s behalf and for no other purpose, and we honor Shopify’s mandatory data deletion requests (customer redaction and shop redaction).
- Stripe: transaction and charge data used for revenue attribution.
We only access data from accounts you explicitly connect and authorize. You can revoke this access at any time.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, and timestamps.
- Device and browser information, IP address, and similar technical data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Measure advertising performance and attribute revenue to campaigns.
- Display analytics, dashboards, and reports.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Communicate with you about your account and provide support.
- Improve and develop the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal data or the data of your connected accounts to third parties.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, database, and payment processing providers), under confidentiality obligations.
- Connected platforms: with the platforms you connect (such as Meta), as necessary to provide the Service and in accordance with their terms.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
5. Data from the Meta Platform
Our use of data obtained from Meta (including the Marketing API and related products) complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use Meta data solely to provide the analytics and advertising management features of the Service to the user who connected the account. We do not use Meta data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
7. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including encryption of credentials and secure storage of access tokens. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent and disconnect any connected account at any time.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below.
9. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
