Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Atribb platform (“Service”), operated by FM Scale Path LLC (“Atribb”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Atribb is a marketing analytics and advertising management platform that allows businesses to connect their advertising and e-commerce accounts (such as Meta Ads, Shopify, and Stripe) in order to measure advertising performance, attribute revenue to campaigns, and manage advertising operations.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Connected Accounts

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms via OAuth. By connecting an account, you authorize Atribb to access and process data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy and solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any account you authorize. You may disconnect any connected account at any time.

Your use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms’ own terms and policies.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or third-party platform policy.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without authorization.
• Use the Service to access data you are not authorized to access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by FM Scale Path LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your own data.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analytics or attribution data will be fully accurate, as such data depends on third-party platforms and integrations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FM Scale Path LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
